Products are delivered in any type of packing as per customer's requests. Our re-packing and nitrogenated service guarantees 100% quality of the products.

Facilities

18.000 m2 of warehouse include cold rooms and ovens for keeping materials in optimal conditions.

Also includes several loading and unloading platforms for proper manipulation of the goods.

Equipment

LLUCH ESSENCE has big warehouses, in which we stock our Essential oils and Aroma Chemicals. In these warehouses, we have several fridges and ovens to keep the products at the best conditions warranting their good status.

It also has a large number of deposits with different capacities (from 200 to 16.000 Litres). All of them are installed with its own stirrer. These equipments allow the company to get "communelles" and batches assuring a good homogeneity of the product.

It is also provided with different types of filtering systems to assure a clear and good product.

LLUCH ESSENCE has a large number of balances which are calibrated constantly and which allow us to re-pack our products easily.

From 2006 onwards, LLUCH ESSENCE has incorporated some automatic blending machines, which can manipulate over 800 products.

Laboratory

Besides the fact that LLUCH ESSENCE always tries to select in the best possible way its suppliers, the company has it own quality control department.

The laboratory is equipped with the most modern machinery, including various gas chromatographic and mass spectrometers, as well as automated titrators and combined systems of physicochemical measurements.
